Bhubaneswar: An online option to invite the Governor for functions will be launched January 1.
Governor Professor Ganeshi Lal will launch the app ‘Rajbhavan Programme Management (RBPM)’.
The institutions or organisations who wish to invite the Governor as guest for their programmes can use the app from February.
To invite the Governor, an applicant has to go to ‘RBPM’ link on the right side top of the home page of www.rajbhavanodisha.gov.in and by downloading the user manual first and then SOP, s/he can know everything about the online procedure.
After inviting the Governor through online, the applicant has to get a printout of the invitation and then s/he needs to send a copy of the printout application to the Rajbhavan.
The institutions or organisations who wish to have the Governor as their guest must apply 60 to 25 days before their programmes and the application must reach 20 days before the date of the programme.
After processing the invitation at Raj Bhavan, the concerned organisations would get a message on their mobile phone whether their application was successful or not.
