The General Administration and Public Grievance Department (GA & PG) of the Odisha government has announced a significant reshuffle of Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers, with multiple transfers and new postings across the state.
Key Transfers and Appointments:
- Dasarathi Saraboo, OAS (S): Transferred from Sub-Collector, Sundargarh, to Regional Manager, RIC, Berhampur.
- Suraj Kumar Pattnaik, OAS (S): From Additional Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Bargarh, to Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Sundargarh, under Section 14(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
- Charles Nayak, OAS Gr.A (SB): Appointed as Sub-Collector and SDM, Balasore.

Additional Sub-Collector postings include:
- Mani Prasad Misra (Anandapur), Chandni (Panposh), Pallabi Rani Raj (Jajpur), Sandhyanjali Majhi (Kendrapara), Reena Kumari Naik (Berhampur), Pradhan Tully Amma (Bhanjanagar), and Pramod Kumar Nayak (Balasore).
All officers have been centrally relieved from their current postings, effective July 24, 2025 (AN), and have been instructed to join their new assignments immediately without availing themselves of joining time.
