Odisha men in cruise rave party

Bhubaneswar: The names of two Odisha men surfaced in the sensational rave party in a cruise ship involving Aryan Khan, son of Hindi film actor Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai October 2.

Sources said two out of the four persons held Tuesday reportedly hail from Odisha.

The accused were identified as Manish Udayaraj Darya, 26, from Rourkela and Avin Dinanath Sahu, 30, of Raghunathpalli of Sundargarh district. The NCB lawyer reportedly claimed that both Manish and Sahu were on the cruise as guests.

The NCB officials seized 2.4 grams of ganja from the possession of Manish while Sahu confessed to have consumed ganja twice on board.

However, the reports are yet to be confirmed by the authorities of the central drugs enforcement and intelligence agency.

Notably, the Narcotics Control Bureau Sunday arrested Khan, after drugs were seized by its team from a Goa-bound cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.

This was claimed to be the first-ever raid of a cruise ship by NCB.

Khan along with two others – Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant- are currently under NCB custody on remand till October 7.
