Physically-challenged fisherman’s body fished out from Baitarani

Patna:  Body of a fisherman, who had been to the Baitarani river Saturday afternoon and had been missing since, was fished out from the river Sunday morning.

The deceased – identified as Mohan Naik (55) of Ankura village upper lane in Tangarpada panchayat under Patna block in Keonjhar district — had been to the river for fishing Saturday afternoon and entered the water with the help of a tube. Later, he went missing.

Locals said that Mohan was a physically challenged man and could have toppled from the tube into the water leading to the incident.
