Bhubaneswar: The e-admission process into Plus III courses at all degree, (self-financing) and Sanskrit colleges across the state started Monday.
Students started filling in their online Common Application Form (CAF) on the state higher education department’s official websites, http://www.dheodisha.gov.in and www.samsodisha.gov.in from 6 in the morning.
As per a notification released by the higher education department June 8, the CAF would be available at all Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Resource Centers (SRCs) set up across the state from 10am the same day, apart from its website.
A list of SRCs has been provided by the department on its official website. Students have to submit the filled-in CAFS online by midnight June 26 and on offline mode by 5pm June 27.
Similarly, those willing to apply offline can visit the nearest SAMS Resource Centre (SRC) where offline/manual CAF will be available from Tuesday.
After online CAF validation of offline CAF by June 29, the first round selection from the merit list of candidates would be announced by 11am July 3. The second round selection from the merit list would be known by 11am July 11.
Admission of students named in the first round merit list will be held during July 4-7 at the colleges of their choices. Classes for the Plus 3 classes across the colleges in the state would commence July 16.
