Jeypore: Koraput ADM Sujata Mishra Tuesday began an administrative probe at the sub-collector’s office here into the quarry mishap that claimed the lives of two excavator operators three weeks back.
Sub-collector Loknath Dalabehera, former sub-collector Bikash Chandra Byne, tehsildar Ranjita Mallik, additional tehsildar Manas Patnaik and a revenue inspector recorded their statements during the probe.
Besides, SDPO Harekrushna Majhi, B Singhpur IIC AK Muram and the Ranigada outpost officer also gave their statements. ADM Mishra refused to give more details saying the administrative probe was on.
