Puri: The inventory of the Ratna Bhandar at the Shree Jagannath Temple in Puri will be conducted August 31 and September 1, Shree Jagannath Temple Administration said.

The two-day exercise has been scheduled considering upcoming festivals and rituals at the 12th-century shrine, with the administration aiming to ensure that regular rituals and the movement of devotees remain unaffected.

The inventory will be conducted in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure approved by the Odisha government. Officials said all prescribed guidelines and protocols will be strictly followed during the process.

The temple administration has sought cooperation from servitors and devotees to ensure the exercise is completed smoothly.

The SJTA said the process has been planned with a focus on security and transparency while ensuring that temple rituals continue without disruption.
