Remember Ranu Mondal? Of course, you do! She’s unforgettable. The internet sensation who shot to fame with her song has once again appeared in a vlog by a YouTuber based in West Bengal.
In the latest viral video, we can see the vlogger visiting Ranu at her house who cooks and sings for him. When the YouTuber visits Ranu’s house, he is welcomed by Ranu at the door. She welcomes him inside with a song. Later, the duo goes to the market to buy ingredients for their cooking session. The vlogger also gifts Ranu a set of silver crockery.
The video shows the two cooking chicken to the tunes of beautiful songs. The two then end up having conversations in between the music. Once they are done cooking, the vlogger and Ranu serve it on plates – rice with chicken curry and sides of salads and sweets.
When the duo is eating, Ranu performs another song at the end of the video and sings ‘Jab Koi Baat Bigad Jaye’ by Kumar Sanu and Sadhana Sargam.
The video has been viewed more than 5.4 lakh times on the video-sharing platform, and people took to the comments section to express their delight to see Ranu on the internet once again.
Ranu Mondal had gone viral after a video of her singing melodiously was posted. However, she received flak too when she was accused of getting annoyed by her fans who were asking for selfies. Due to that incident, Ranu struggled to keep up with her fame and Mondal struggled to revive her popularity after that incident owing to harsh feedback from social media users.
However, she periodically updates the space with short videos of her singing various hit Hindi and Bengali numbers.
