Koraput: A rice-laden truck overturned on National Highway-26 at Salurghat in Andhra Pradesh along the Odisha border in the wee hours Monday.
Hundreds of vehicles were stranded on the highway for close to three hours. Traffic was normal on the road when a crane reached the spot and removed the truck.
According to reports, the incident took place at around 3 am when the driver of the overloaded truck lost control on the wheels. The vehicular movement to Bhubaneswar and Jeypore has stopped completely leaving more than 600 commuters from Odisha stranded.
