Mumbai: ‘Haider’ actress Tabu has finally agreed to work in Nitin Kakad’s family comedy ‘Jawani Janeman’.
Saif Ali Khan will accompany Tabu in this film which means the pair will be seen together in a film after 20 years. Earlier, they were part of the ensemble in ‘Hum Saath Hain Hain’ in 1999. Apart from this, both of these actors appeared in ‘Biwi No.1’.
Tabu is awaiting the release of her comedy flick ‘De De Pyaar De’ which also stars Ajay Devgn.
Meanwhile, Saif has expressed his happiness over working with Tabu once again.
“Tabu is a great actor. Her character is very funny and I am very happy that she agreed to play this character. I am eagerly waiting for this movie,” said Saif.
‘Jawani Janeman will see the debut of former actress Pooja Bedi’s gorgeous daughter Aalia Furniturewalla.
Shooting for the film is expected to commence next month with its first schedule to be shot in London for 45 days.
