Mumbai: Actor Salman Khan endured tough shooting conditions for his upcoming film Battle of Galwan in Ladakh.

According to reports, he suffered minor injuries.

A source close to the production informed Pinkvilla that the Ladakh schedule tested the team’s endurance. In Ladakh, Salman Khan and the crew shot in temperatures below -10 degrees.

The action-packed filming lasted 45 days, with Salman taking a one-day break after 15 days due to his injury to recuperate. He is now set to continue with the Mumbai schedule.

In July, Salman Khan shared a motion poster of Battle of Galwan, although the film’s release date is yet to be announced.

Helmed by Apoorva Lakhia, it re-examines the actual 2020 conflict in the Galwan Valley between Indian and Chinese troops—a rare and fatal skirmish that only involved vicious hand-to-hand fighting without the use of firearms. Today, the event is being reenacted as a stirring filmic ode to the bravery and selflessness of India’s troops.
