Cuttack: The Orissa High Court Tuesday directed the investigating officer (IO) of Good News India shelter home sexual harassment case to depose before it February 6. Justice Shatrughana Pujahari directed the IO to depose before the court in connection with a bail petition by the Dhenkanal shelter home’s managing director Fayaz Rahman. Police had earlier arrested Rahman in connection with sexual harassment minor girls at the shelter home. Rahman filed a bail petition in the HC after a lower court rejected it. The HC had directed the police to submit a chargesheet against Rahman February 5. However, police failed to submit the chargesheet.
