Salman Khan’s younger brother Sohail Khan has lent his support to Rakhi Sawant and her ailing mother Jaya.
In a video shared on social media, Sohail wrote: “Rakhi, my dear, if you or your mother need anything just call me. I have never met your mother, but I know you. You are very strong. And you being her daughter, imagine how strong she is. I wish her a speedy recovery. Just be the daughter you are and everything will fall into place. I will talk to her when she is feeling better.”
Rakhi responded by writing: “World ke mere best bhai, Sohil bhai ,Salman bhai.”
Rakhi’s mother Jaya is battling cancer and undergoing chemotherapy at a Mumbai hospital.
Besides Sohail, many Indian celebrities like Kavita Kaushik, Vindu Dara Singh, Kashmera Shah, Sambhavna Seth have also wished for Jaya’s speedy recovery.
In an earlier interview Rakhi had mentioned that Salman Khan’s own doctor is treating her mother.
“Three chemotherapy sessions are over. I have yet to undergo three more, though. After that, I have to undergo a surgery. So I will go back home and again get admitted whenever a new session is to be done. But well, my health does keep fluctuating at times,” said Jaya in an interview to ETimes.
