Jharsuguda: A man was arrested for stabbing his father to death at R R Colony near Brundamal under Jharsuguda sub division Saturday night.
The deceased was Bishikesan Rohidas. Badamal police arrested the accused Bhagaban.
There had been altercations between Bishikesan and Bhagaban over a family dispute for some days. Both had an argument Saturday night as well. In a fit of rage, Bhagaban attacked his father with a knife, causing deep injuries on his chest.
Though Bishikesan had been rushed to a nearby hospital in a critical condition, the doctors declared him brought dead.
