Bhubaneswar, Feb 23: Twelve University teams, four of them from outside Orissa, will battle it out for top honours when the VIth edition of the SOA Premier League (SPL) kicks- off at the SOA University Stadium here February 25. The tournament carries a total prize purse of Rs 1,50,000, which will be played on league-cum-knockout basis. The teams will be divided into two groups with the top two from each group qualifying for the semifinals. The final match will be played March 4.
