Mumbai: In the Sushant Singh Rajput case, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) submitted its report to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) ruling out the murder angle. The CBI is investigating taking all aspects into consideration. Meanwhile, it has been learned that after Sushant’s death, more than 80 thousand fake accounts have been created on different forums on social media.
As stated by DCP Rashmi Karandikar, these accounts used abusive language against the Commissioner and his force. Most of them are fake ones and the action will be taken against the account owners. The FIR has been lodged under the 67 IT Act. Another FIR has also been filed against another user who reportedly used a morphed image of the Commissioner’s official Twitter handles.
Over 80,000 fake accounts were created on social media in which rude language was used for Mumbai Police. Our cyber cell is investigating the matter in detail. Whoever is found guilty of violating the law will be taken strict action under the IT Act, the DCP informed.
Mumbai police’s cyber unit has made a report where it has been found that posts were uploaded on social media platforms from different countries like Italy, Japan, Poland, Slovenia, Indonesia, Turkey, Thailand, Romania and France.
Recently, the AIIMS Medical Board has dismissed the murder angle in Sushant Singh Rajput case, calling it a case of suicide. After the AIIMS report, the actor’s family lawyer Vikas Singh said that he was very upset with the opinion of AIIMS submitted to the CBI. He said that he would request the head of the investigating agency that a new forensic team be formed in the case.
