Bhubaneswar, March 24: The health department has confirmed three more positive cases of swine flu in the state Tuesday. The figure takes the total number of affected by the influenza to 40, six of which are deaths. The three victims are a 58-year-old woman, a 33-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman. The first two are residents of Bhubaneswar and have been admitted to private hospitals while the later is a resident of Nayagarh and is under treatment at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar.
“The condition of all the patients is stable right now. We are continuously tracking and providing adequate help to the health institutions where the victims are being treatment,” said Kailash Das, director public health.
