Bhopal: High drama was observed at a train ticket booking counter as a brawl took place between passengers and railway officials.

The ticket counter viral video is doing rounds on social media in which a man seeking a booking from Bhopal’s Habib Ganj to Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh takes on a female official at the ticket counter over a delay in issuing tickets.

The ticket counter viral video begins when a boy wearing eyeglasses seeks a ticket after extending his hand to the ticket counter in order to pay the fare. However, it can be observed that the lady official does not pay any heed to him and continues to count notes while people are queued up to book tickets.

After some time, the video recorder asks the official to issue tickets instead of counting currency notes as the ticket booking counter is ‘open’ for passengers. The video recorder is also supported by people standing in the ticket queue.

However, the woman official goes ballistic and tries to brush off the complaining people at the ticket counter. She even tries to close the counter forcibly by placing the ‘closed’ placard on the front.

The ticket counter viral video was first shared on ‘X’ (formerly known as Twitter) from an account named ‘Idiots in Metro’.

The lady official’s behaviour received trolling from Twitter users.

One user wrote, “Ignore toh aise kr rhi h jaise vo paise mang raha ho isse” (She is ignoring him as if he is asking money from her)

Another user wrote, “SBI bank ki ex-employee lag rhi hai” (She seems to be an former SBI employee)

Meanwhile, North Western Railway’s response to the ticket counter viral video garnered hilarious replies from Twitteratis. The official account of North Western Railway tweeted, “kindly share station detail”.

It can be mentioned here that the incident seems quite old i.e. not less than at least seven years ago. Because it can be observed that the notes counted by the lady official are the old currencies that got demonetised in November 2016. Hence, the reply from North Western Railway became everybody’s target.

One user tweeted,” It is an old Note. That means it is an old video. Don’t take it seriously.”

Clear watch on 500 note.
