Boinda: A labourer was run over by a train at Boinda railway station in Angul district Sunday. The deceased was identified as Chhatrau Mahato (45), a native of Jharkhand.
GRP recovered the body Sunday and sent it for post-mortem after registering a case. Police said five labourers from Jharkhand were standing near the station after arriving by Tapaswini express.
However, Chhatrau accidentally fell on the track and was run over by the train, the police said.
