Bhadrak: Two persons were killed after the motorcycle they were riding crashed into a bamboo-laden tractor near Govindpur market on Bant-Barikpur road in this district Sunday night.
The deceased have been identified as Radhamadhab Basantia and Alok Pradhan of Charigharia village here. A team from Kenduapada police outpost reached the spot and sent the bodies for post-mortem.
Locals blamed heavy fog for the reason of the mishap. They said the riders may have failed to notice the bamboo-laden tractor. The police have started an investigation to ascertain the real cause of the accident.
