Umerkote: A biker and a pillion rider were killed in a road mishap after their bike ran into a truck near a petrol pump on Umerkote-Raighar road in Nabarangpur district Wednesday night.
Both of them were from UV-1 Badakumari village.
While Manjit Bepari died on the spot, the other person, yet to be identified, succumbed to his injuries on the way to Nabarangpur district hospital. The accident happened when they were on their way to Umerkote.
