Chhatrapur: Two youths were detained in connection with the rape of a minor girl near here in Ganjam district Tuesday. But the cops refused to divulge details about the accused fearing impediment to the probe. Police have registered a case and detained the youths after the survivor lodged a complaint with Chhatrapur police.
