Bhubaneswar, Feb 28: Utkal University and SOA University made it to the semifinals of the VIth SOA Premier League cricket tournament after winning their respective matches at the SOA University Stadium here Friday.
Utkal defeated Jadavpur University by 15 runs in a closely fought Group-D match. Hosts SOA University also qualified for the last four stage as OUAT and Andhra University cried off from the tournament due to unavoidable circumstances.
