Boinda: A driver of a container van sustained critical injuries after the van carrying HSC question papers to Bolangir overturned on Cuttack-Sambalpur National Highway-55 at Luhamunda Square on Handapa police limits in Angul district in the wee hours of Thursday.
The van carrying HSC question papers overturned after the driver lost balance of the vehicle. On being informed, police rescued the driver and lifted the van with a crane. Some high school teachers from Kishorenagar block also helped in the act.
The van left for Bolangir again after police conducted a verification and found all the question papers intact and safe. The driver was admitted to the hospital while no complaint has been registered in this connection.
