Hyderabad: Rajinikanth starrer Jailer has become the highest-grossing Tamil film of all time. Following the humongous success of Jailer, producer Kalanithi Maran gifted Rajinikanth a BMW X7 and conferred director Nelson Dilipkumar and music composer Anirudh Ravichander with one Porsche each. Kalanithi has distributed gold coins to the crew members on behalf of Sun Production House, which is now the talk of the town.
Actually, Kalanithi Maran, yesterday organised a meeting in Chennai on the grand success of Jailer. He honoured more than 300 crew members of the film and distributed gold coins. The news was shared by the official Twitter page of production house Sun Pictures.

The film also stars Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, and Jackie Shroff in Jailer.
Superstars Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar also have cameos in the film. The film recently streamed on Amazon Prime and is available in multiple Indian languages, including Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Talking about the box office collection, the Rajinikanth-starrer, which was released August 10 last month, has written a new story of success.
Nelson Dilip Kumar’s film, made with a budget of Rs 200 crore, has so far grossed Rs 630 crore worldwide.
