Is it wise to befriend your ex-partner or spouse?
This question definitely comes to mind because love and marriage are two such relationships in which people are very emotionally connected with each other. So it is not so easy to have a friendship with your ex, but if you want to be friends even after a breakup or marriage, then these things must be kept in mind.
If you have a relationship with your ex-husband or wife or lover or girlfriend, then keep in mind that there is a lot of difference between now and before. You must remember that now you are just friends. So reduce the dependence on each other and give importance to your privacy. These abstract things can connect you to your ex emotionally and you will not be able to move forward in any other relationship. This can also affect your relationship.
If you have a friendship with your ex, then treat them like a good friend and nothing else. You should not get affected if your ex is moving with someone else. You should not expect that your ex-boyfriend or girlfriend will tell you every tiny detail of their life as before because friendship has its limits. If they want to share something with you then it is a different matter, but you cannot force them for this.
If you get affected by his/ her words, it means that you have not been completely separated from them emotionally. If you want to go into a relationship with them again, then think on it twice, because maybe going into a relationship again can cause problems which can cause even more bitterness in your relationship. And you might not even be friends. So if you get emotionally connected to them then it is better to stay away.
