With Pranic Healing, soothe your nerves

Basic Pranic Healing is designed for everyone, from students to engineers, doctors to housewives, parents to teachers as it introduces methods of a healthy living

Bhubaneswar: A two-day-long ‘Basic Pranic Healing Course’ was organised by Vrinda Tulsiyan at a hotel in Bhubaneswar, Saturday.

Interacting with Orissa POST, Vrinda said, “Basic Pranic healing can help to cure aliments like headache, migraine, fever, gastrointestinal aliments, kidney aliments, arthritis, skeletal and muscular issues, dermatological problems, stress management at work and home, relationship woes and much more.”

Stress is the body’s natural defense against predators and danger. It flushes the body with hormones to prepare systems to evade or confront danger known as the ‘fight-or-flight’ mechanism.

Many psychologists opine that stress could be a killer in a prolonged way. Stress slows normal bodily functions, such as the digestive and immune systems. All resources can then be concentrated on rapid breathing, blood flow, alertness, and muscle use.

Basic Pranic Healing is designed for everyone, from students to engineers, doctors to housewives, parents to teachers as it introduces methods of a healthy living. The knowledge inside Basic Pranic healing is designed to empower you to take your health into your own hands. Pranic Healing exposes the growing body of scientific evidence proving that healing energy therapy can be more effective and more economical than most conventional treatments.

Founded by Master Choa Kok Sui, a businessman, researcher, engineer and author of various books, this therapy is practised in 120 countries across the globe. In India, there are more than 2,00,000 active pranic healers who heal and meditate regularly.

Another Pranic healer Vikram Bhagat said, “We are associated with a centre in West Bengal called ‘GMCKS Lightworkers’— a registered centre under the aegis of the World Pranic Healing Foundation India.” With more than 10 branches in West Bengal, they conduct regular workshops every week in Kolkata, Siliguri, Jaigoan, Punjab, Ranchi, Surat and Nepal. “I am very sure that this two day workshop will definitely heal the people of the Temple City.”

The course and workshop organised in Bhubaneswar was based on the book ‘Ancient Art and Science of Pranic Healing’ written by Master Choa Kok Sui. The course will help participants to see, feel and touch energy and it will also help to explain the intimate relation between the physical body and energy body.

From scanning to cleansing to energising to meditation— each step was taught with care. The meditation popularly known as two heart meditation has been voted as the best meditation in the world.
