Keonjhar: A mutilated body of a woman was recovered from Dharmasala area in Keonjhar district Saturday.
While the identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained, police said the dead woman was about 55-years-old.
It is suspected that the woman was first stoned to death by someone and later her body was dumped in the area.
Police along with scientific team have reached the spot and started investigation into the gruesome incident. They have also seized a blood-stained stone from the crime scene.
