Bhubaneswar: Xavier School of Human Resource Management (XAHR), Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB), will host the annual HR conclave titled ‘KSHITIJ ‘18’ August 26. It is the national level flagship event of XIMAHR, the HR Association of XAHR, which will see HR leaders from all over India discuss on topics of relevance. The theme for the event this year is, “Agile HR”. XUB believes in offering a platform for quality discussions on emerging issues and trends. The university organises a plethora of superlative conclaves to ameliorate the students’ learning experience. Kshitij is one such business conclave aimed at providing an enriching interactive session with respect to emerging trends in HR.
