Berhampur: The body of a youth with his hands and legs tied was found floating in a pond in front of a college at Samanta Sahi near Rambha in Ganjam district Friday.
Locals, who spotted the body, informed police. Police along with fire service personnel reached the spot and retrieved the body.
The deceased was estimated to be around 35, but the identity was not yet known.
