Bhubaneswar: The state government Wednesday announced creation of additional 108 posts under Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS).
The posts include 93 programme officers at sub-division levels, 13 district social welfare officers and two deputy directors at the state level, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said here.
“The state government puts great importance to woman and child welfare. The ICDS organisation plays a key role in this regard. The new posts would boost activities in convergence with various other departments for effective monitoring of delivery of service,” Patnaik said.
