Bhubaneswar, Jan 31: The Real Estate Developer Association (REDA) will host two mega trade fairs from February 2 to 12 at Janta Maidan.
“We will host two mega trade fairs from February 2,” Kantilal Patel, vice president, REDA said. The trade fairs include a Home & Décor fair and India International Mega Trade Fair (IIMTF).
The Home and Décor Fair will be conducted and supervised by REDA while IIMTF will be organised by The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry and GS Marketing in association with Utkal Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
The Home & Décor will display the latest in interior and exterior décor, landscaping, gardening, furniture, flooring, sanitaryware, hardware among others.
“We have already got the confirmation for more than 550 participants and as well got more than 61 stall confirmations from GS Marketing. Last year we have witnessed footfalls of more than one lakh and expected to see more than two lakh footfalls this year,” Patel added.
The trade fair is equipped with AC hangers, AC conference hall and seminars room, VIP lounge, lighting arrangements, cafeteria among others to attract the visitors.
“There are eleven countries participating in the IIMTF with the unique products from their countries, as Afghanistan, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Egypt, Ghana, China, Sri Lanka and Netherlands,” he said.
Seventeen states will participate in the event with various governments and PSUs are expected to also participate. There will be a lucky draw contest as well for the visitors, he added. (PNN)
