Bolangir: The Superintendent of Police (SP) of Bolangir district, K Siva Subramani, Sunday ordered a probe into the video clip featuring intimate moments of a college girl that has gone viral on social media.
“We are yet to receive any complaint from the girl. However, a police team has been sent to the victim’s village and they held discussion with her parents. We advised them to file a complaint with the police against the accused,” the SP informed.
“We will take further action after receiving a report in this connection from the police team,” Subramani added.
While the incident occurred a few days back, it came to light only after the video clip went viral. The girl is seen wearing uniform of a local Junior College. The video seems to have been shot intentionally by the girl’s boyfriend who is suspected to be behind its circulation as well.
Police are yet to identity the accused as his image is not clear; he has cunningly shot the intimate video, featuring the girl while blurring his own face.
