Cuttack: The Puri Ghat police here arrested three members of a gang and recovered stolen gold ornaments and cash from their possession Tuesday.
This followed a complaint from Sanjay Nayak of Matha Sahi area Sunday about burglary at his house.
The three were Sanjeev Naik (27), Chemada alias Manoj Naik (20) and Deepak Raj (25). Cops recovered one each gold necklace, mangalsutra and silver coin, eight pieces of ear-rings and two gold bangles along with Rs 2,000.
As many as six cases are pending against the three at different police stations in the Millennium City.
