Rourkela: A father and son were electrocuted in their house on Vedvyas Temple road near Brahmani Tarang in Rourkela city Tuesday.
The deceased were Satyanarayan Saha and his son Sanjay Saha.
According to reports, Satyanarayan received electric shock after coming in contact with water that had gushed into his house following heavy rains.
While Satyanarayan collapsed on the spot, his son also died when he rushed to the spot to save his father.
On being informed, police reached the spot and sent the bodies for post-mortem.
