Jagatsinghpur: In another setback for Gangster Syed Usman Ali alias Tito, the Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha Crime Branch Friday arrested an associate of the notorious criminal from Krishnanandapur village under Tirtol police limits in Jagatsinghpur district.
The arrested identified as Shaikh Shakir Ali is being interrogated to ascertain his links with criminal activities of the gangster.
Notably, the STF had arrested two other more associates of Tito identified as Alok Mallick and Deepak Swain July 30.
The duo was picked up by a team of the STF from Paradip in Jagatsinghpur district.
According to sources, the two had attended a meeting with the gangster at Goa to plot some criminal activities.
On the other hand, more than 14 persons have already been arrested for their alleged links with Tito.
