Balasore: A bus driver was beaten up for allegedly misbehaving with a woman passenger at Khantapada in this district Saturday.
According to reports, the driver of a private bus, going from Balasore to Soro, misbehaved with the woman by passing lewd comments near Mangalpur.
She immediately informed her family members. Following the woman’s complaint, her family members, other passengers and locals stopped the bus and thrashed the driver.
The driver was then handed over to Khantapada police, reports added.
