Lucknow: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) student from Uttar Pradesh got the shock of his life when he collected his admit card from the college just to see his picture replaced with the legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan.
The error occurred at the Ravindra Singh Smarak Mahavidyalaya in Gonda district; and the student, Amit Dwivedi, now fears that his marks card might also end up having Bachchan’s picture on it.
Speaking to the media, Amit said, “I have filled the second year examination form correctly with my picture but after I received the admit card, it had a picture of Amitabh Bachchan. I have been allowed to write the examination after submitting additional documents.
“However, now I am worried about my mark sheet which might also have Amitabh Bachchan’s picture.”
The college administration meanwhile blamed Amit, saying that the student or the internet cafe might have goofed up.
