Khurda: Some unidentified miscreants barged into an ATM counter and uprooted the cash dispensing machine at Tulasipur Chhak near Begunia in Khurda district and fled from the spot late Sunday night.
According to sources, the robbers barged into an ATM counter of Tata Indicash, applied black distemper on the CCTV camera and ransacked it. Later, they uprooted the machine and decamped with it.
The exact amount of cash inside the ATM was yet to be ascertained.
On being informed, police reached the spot and started an investigation.
