Bhubaneswar, March 30: A team of CBI officials from New Delhi is likely to visit Bhubaneswar again in connection with the ongoing investigation into the MMS scandal involving a city based builder.
According to sources, the Central agency will again bring along with it Subrat Sahu alias Kalia the prime accused in MMS scandal to collect more information about the sequence of events in this connection.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) sleuths had brought Kalia here last week for further investigations into the matter and raided a house in Bhimtangi area of the city where the MMS clip was allegedly shot.
The CBI had earlier conducted simultaneous raids at four places, including Kalia’s rented house at VSS Nagar and his office and residence at GGP Colony. The cops had also seized several pen drives and CDs from his office and residence.
Sources said apart from having physical relations with the receptionist of the real estate firm, Kalia was involved in sexual relationship with many other women. He also had links with some influential people like political leaders, policemen and journalists, the sources added.
The MMS involving Kalia and his receptionist was allegedly shot by his nephew in 2010.
