Mumbai: Actor Rishi Kapoor has rubbished rumours that he is suffering from cancer even though he is currently in London undergoing treatment. The veteran actor however, has not disclosed the name of the disease he is suffering from.
However, Rishi in an interview with ‘Bollywood Hungama’, has asserted that he has not been affected by cancer and hopefully he will return to India soon.
“My treatment is on, hopefully, I will recover soon and God willing I will return to India. The procedure is long and tedious and one needs immense patience which unfortunately is not one of my virtues,” Rishi has been quoted as saying.
Rishi had left for the US in September last year and currently he is in New York. He has also said that he is not thinking about films or acting at the moment as he ‘just wants to be blank and want to refresh myself with a relaxed mind’.
