If you ever find yourself in New Jersey, USA and plan to killing someone and not chill at a bar, make sure you do not commit the heinous crime while wearing a bullet-proof vest.

It is illegal to suspiciously hold a salmon in the UK

Anyone who travels to the United Kingdom should know of this highly consequential law which states that it is a crime to hold a salmon suspiciously within its borders.

According to the Salmon Act 1986, this law applies not just to salmon but also to trout, eels, lampreys and smelt as well. Sounds fishy? Obviously.

It is illegal to play online games between midnight and 6AM South Korea

Online gaming became a nightmare for parents in South Korea. So the South Korean government passed the ‘Shutdown Law’ which is also known as the ‘Cinderella Act’, which prohibited teenagers below the age of 16 from playing online games between midnight and 6AM in the morning.

Although older teenagers were not exactly banned from playing late into the night, they are still required to log into gaming servers by using their social security numbers.

It is illegal to kill Bigfoot in Washington

If you ever lose yourself in the forests of Washington state in the US, keep this in mind that you cannot kill Bigfoot as it will surely land you in jail.

In 1969, the Skamania County in Washington passed a law that made the potential murder of Bigfoot a ‘felony and punishable by five years in prison’. If that was not ridiculous enough, the Skamanians also designated the Bigfoot as an endangered species.

Only allowed to kill raccoons on Sundays

It is illegal to hunt or kill any wild animal or bird on Sundays in the state of Virginia in the US. Well, except raccoons. You can go ahead and kill raccoons on Sundays as they are not protected by this law.
