Smoking is an addiction which hits everybody. Many try to kick the butt, but fail to do so. This bad habit is prevalent among most of the stars of the Hindi film industry. Some of these stars have suffered for the addiction. Here’s a list of stars who have quit smoking.
John Abraham: It was an X-Ray report that forced John to kick the butt. He saw his lungs full of black patches. Shocked at the condition of his lungs, John stopped smoking.
Saif Ali Khan: He used to smoke a lot. In 2017, Saif suffered a minor heart attack following which he quit smoking.

Hrithik Roshan: It was the book ‘An Easy Way to Quit Smoking’ which helped Hrithik give up the bad habit. As it is, Hrithik is always a very health conscious man, so it was easy for him to beat the addiction.
Arjun Rampal: It was Hrithik who helped Arjun quit smoking. Hrithik gifted him the same book, ‘An Easy Way to Quit Smoking’ which helped Arjun kick the butt also.
Salman Khan: ‘Bhaijaan’ was once a chain smoker. However, due to treatment for an extended period, he had to quit smoking. That enabled him beat the addiction.
Aamir Khan: ‘Mr Perfectionist’ Aamir was also a cigarette addict. However, the birth of son Azad in 2011 prompted Aamir to say good bye to cigarettes.
