Mumbai: Having conquered the IPL and a few weeks still to the World Cup, India vice captain Rohit Sharma has taken off with his wife and daughter for a short getaway.
No guesses where they have gone. Seems Maldives is a favourite with the family as this is their second vacation in the island. Back in 2017, the 32-year-old withdrew himself from the India squad for a few matches for a holiday with his wife in Maldives.
The holiday is likely to charge up the batsman for the upcoming World Cup. India has a good chance to claim it for the third time.
