Malkangiri: In a bizarre incident, a Plus III final year student of a Malkangiri based college resorted to malpractice during an examination before taking a selfie and posting in on social media.
According to a source, a Plus-III final year student of a college in Malkangiri district took a mobile phone into the examination hall during internal assessment and searched the answers of various questions on the internet using the device. The student not only resorted to malpractice in examination but also took a selfie of the misdeed and posted it as WhatsApp status.
Meanwhile, principal of the college Ashok Sarangi took note of the incident. The student was later interrogated regarding this matter.
