Nayagarh: A minor boy was arrested allegedly for raping a minor girl in Odagaon block in this district Monday evening, police said Tuesday. The incident occurred when the 10-year-old victim, a Class-V student, along with her sister was on her way to attend coaching classes. Meanwhile, the accused, a 14-year-old, forcibly took her to an isolated place and allegedly raped her. The victim returned home and narrated her ordeal to her family members. The family members lodged a complaint at Odagaon police station. The police registered a case against the juvenile and took him into custody.
