Mumbai: It’s been more than a month since the death of Chhichhore actor Sushant Singh Rajput. However, his fans, friends from the industry and family are yet to come to terms with his untimely demise.
Meanwhile, death of Sushant, has raised the issue of nepotism in the film industry. The practice of nepotism and favoritism to star kids has become talk of the town. Millions of Sushant’s fans and his friends have demanded a CBI inquiry into the actor’s death on social media.
Earlier, Sushant’s alleged girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty had requested Amit Shah for a CBI inquiry. Mumbai police is leaving no stones unturned and investigating the matter at a fast pace.
More than 30 people have been interrogated by the cops. Now film critic Rajeev Masand, who often gave negative ratings to Sushant Singh Rajput’s movies, has been called for questioning by the cops.
Rajiv has been called by Mumbai Police for questioning in Bandra station. Masand will be questioned regarding the negative ratings given by him to the late actor’s films.

In the Sushant Singh Rajput case, the police is investigating from every angle. Under which the statement of Masand is now being recorded. According to reports, Rajeev gave many negative ratings.
It is being said that Rajeev gave negative ratings to Sushant’s films at the behest of some people. In this context, police have called Rajeev for questioning. In the case of Sushant, apart from Rajeev, well-known people have been questioned. However, the police have not yet reached any conclusion.
Significantly, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead June 14 at his flat in Bandra, Mumbai. As per the postmortem reports, the cause of death was asphyxiation due to hanging. Initial police reports revealed that the actor had been suffering for depression for over six months.
Since then, the police has been continuously investigating the case. Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, manager, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aditya Chopra and filmmaker Shekhar Kapur have been questioned before.
