Thyroid is a serious disease. In this disease, sudden weight gain, swelling in the throat, hair loss and change in heart speed can cause problems. Thyroid problems are more common in women.

Thyroid is a type of throat disease. It is a gland similar to a thin spleen in the throat. There are two types of thyroid, hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. Initially, this disease is not known. Iodine deficiency is believed to be the cause of thyroid.

This disease can be controlled with proper food and drink. Today we are going to tell about some food that can help control thyroid disease.

Turmeric: Turmeric has properties that can relieve thyroid problems. Thyroid can be controlled by drinking turmeric milk.

Gourd: To get rid of thyroid problem, gourd juice should be adding in diet.

Fruit: Thyroid patients should consume more fruits. Fruits have antioxidant properties that increase immunity, which can prevent you from getting vulnerable to many diseases.

Fish: Thyroid patients who eat non-veg should include fish in their diet. Marine fish, such as sailfish and shrimp, contain omega-3 fatty acids, which may be beneficial for the thyroid.

Basil: This disease can be controlled by taking half a teaspoon of aloe vera juice mixed with 2 teaspoons of basil.
