Orissa High Court releases 88 vacancies, Class-VIII pass can apply; details here

Bhubaneswar: The Orissa High Court has published a notification for filling up 88 vacancies under Group-D cadre.

A total of 88 vacancies have been released. Out of 88 posts, as many as 34 posts are for Orderly and Office Peon; 44 posts are for Class-IV officials and 10 vacancies are to be filled up for Mali (Gardener) posts.

Aspirants can fill their application forms beginning from April 17, 2023 till May 1, 2023.

Educational Qualification and Other Required Skills

1. Orderly and Office Peon:

• The applicant should have passed Class-VIII.
• Should have adequate knowledge and skill in cooking, cleaning, housekeeping and other household work.
• Should have willingness to work even during odd hours.

2. Class-IV:

• The candidate should have passed Class-VIII.
• Should have adequate knowledge and skill in cooking, cleaning, housekeeping and other household work.
• Must have willingness to work even during odd hours.

3. Mali:

• The candidate should have passed Class-VIII.
• Should have adequate practical knowledge and skill in gardening.

Pay and Allowances

Pay Band: Rs 4,750- 14,680/-

Grade Pay: Rs.1,700/-

Corresponding Levels under ORSP Rules, 2017 on regular appointment: 1st Year-Rs 12,100, 2nd Year- Rs 12,700, 3rd Year- Rs 13,300, 4th Year- Rs 14,000

Examination Fee

To apply for the notified positions a candidate is required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs 300 through online mode by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking system. If the candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) or Persons with Disabilities (PwD) group then the amount is exempted.
