Abigail Jain, who has appeared in several daily soap operas including ‘Humse Hai Life’ and ‘Kya Dil Mein Hai’, hates to leave her bed on Sundays. “Daily soap actors have hectic schedules with back-to-back shooting. So when I get a holiday on a Sunday, I like nothing better than waking up very late in the morning. Sleeping is never a waste of time,” she smiles.
Family outing
The happy-go-lucky girl takes her parents and younger sister on an outing to spend some quality time with them on a Sunday.
Mama’s girl
Wonder what the actress likes to gorge on. The charming Abigail can’t resist relishing her favourite mutton biriyani made by her mom. “My mother rustles up mutton biriyani on Sundays and I really love it,” she maintains.
Movie buff
Apart from ‘Humse Hai Life’ and ‘Tujh Sang’, the 20-something actress has done other shows like ‘Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai’, ‘Bandini’, and ‘Dil Se Diya Vachan’. She is a movie buff and never misses a chance to watch movies on holidays. “I make it a point to watch back-to-back movies on a Sunday. Last Sunday, I watched Yeh Dil Hai Muskil twice without taking a break,” she says.
Fitness freak
Be it Sunday or Monday, the actress loves to practise yoga. “I do yoga daily. It is a great fitness formula and helps me stay fit and achieve the best and perfect body without hitting the gym,” says the actress.
